I never signed up for Klinio. I just received an email they were charging me $40 to renew. I don't nor have i ever had the app on my phone. Scam.

This will be my second review as Ive read several other reviews and one about this company’s integrity seriously lacking, really stood out to me. Not only does this site ( and most scam sites) have professional people endorse their site, in this case, medical doctors who are money hungry buisiness people in disguise, they also have other reporters write articles promoting their sub par product with a disclosure at the bottom of these articles stating they may benefit financially from their ‘fake positive’ reviews for scamming other people to buy in to the scam app. Appears to me that Emma, who seems to answer all the disgrntled reviewers has a full time job saying the same bs over and over again with an added word or two to make the site look more legit! Im sure she too is well paid off the backs of people with diabetes wanting to be in better control of their lives and their disease. Bottom line; Waste of our hard earned money and waste of our time trying to warn others not to be dooped. I guess the money is the replacement for integrity of this company and its employees and far reaching bloggers paid to prey on vulnerable customers. What a sad statement about our society. The way this company operates should be illegal!

Would have liked to have tried the program. BUT,,,, Signed up, paid the price, and right off the bat, My subscription was expired. They tried to collect from me a second time. I ain't no fool. I imediately figured a SCAM. I cancelled, Immediately. and what happened, they come back that they can only refund half the money. And again. SCAM. they don't want to help. They want money. Not to mention they are overseas, and not a whole lot we can do about it. Beware.

auHilfe ! Ich hatte vor einem halben Jahr für 6 Monate ein Diät-Plan gekauft. Auch nach schicken eines neuen Links von Ihnen konnte ich nicht in die Pläne einsehen bzw. diese ausdrucken lassen. Weitere Hilfe bekam ich nicht. Mir wurde auch nicht bekannt gegeben, das dies nicht ein einmaliger Kauf war sondern ein Abo. Das Geld hatte ich schon abgeschrieben. Nun wurde meinem Konto wieder ein Betrag abgebucht, angeblich für ein halbes Jahr. Soll dies nun so weitergehen? Obwohl ich ihr Angebot nie beansprucht habe ?

Je suis vraiment furieuse. J'ai payé pour 3 mois avec renouvellement éventuel. Mon téléphone ne me permettant pas de charger l'application, j'ai demandé à avoir mes plans de repas par mail si possible, ceux-ci étant personnalisés. Sinon je demandais le remboursement puisque je ne pouvais y accéder. On m'a répondu que le renouvellement était annulé mais qu'il fallait une preuve pour un remboursement partiel éventuel. Ce fût un dialogue de sourd, un va et vient ne menant à rien. Possédant aujourd'hui un nouveau téléphone, j'ai voulu essayer de charger l'application et profiter de mes 3 mois d'abonnement payés. Et là, impossible car celui-ci est annulé. Quelle arnaque.A fuir absolument.

I wish I had read the reviews on this page before I bought this useless app. It is too hard to enter what you eat unless you follow the plan to the letter. if you try and enter your own recipe it does not have all the ingredients especially Australian ingredients. Does not have a barcode reader to simplify. Does not track your steps with Samsung health. When I complained to the company they reply by restating instructions about how to do something I had already mentioned was either too hard or imposible. Don't waste your money they make it seem like it has everything you need to sell it but then don't deliver don't waste your money.
