Only one week in and I am seeing and feeling results. I have learned so much in a short time had fun with the easy workouts and enjoyed the meals from the meal plan. The built in shopping list is such a time saver and fits perfectly into my busy schedule.

I like it so far. I enjoy being able to choose and/or exclude foods based on foods I like to eat, and foods I dislike/choose not to eat. I enjoy combing through the suggestions, and I have tried two one-pans I otherwise wouldn't have done.
