I’m considered pre diabetic so I got this in the hopes that the app would help me in making good blood sugar food choices, and give me a means for tracking water, weight, blood sugar, blood pressure and activity. So far, it’s great. Easy meals and snacks with tons of options - just have to organize your grocery list but for me, it’s no big deal. I’m down 6 pounds in a week (I also gave up drinking diet soda so I’m sure that helps) and my fasting blood sugar has come down from 125 to anywhere between 95 and 107. I’m sticking with it - definitely helping me. Hoping to right this ship and avoid medication.

I like the tracking tools such as activity, glucose, water intake, etc. There are a ton of meal options I just wish there was more options for simpler meals, you can only cook so much buckwheat. Quenua, lol

I feel this is more for diabetic people. I'm a pre-diabetic. What I have seen is really good if I was diabetic. As a nurse, I try to teach a lot of this for my patients.
