Poor refund policy
Klinio may be helpful, but they do not alert you that your subscription is about to renew, you don't hear from them if you aren't active and when you do notice it had renewed and you try to cancel, they only refund 50% - even on the same day the charge went through.

App not user friendly
I could never recommend this diet plan to anyone. The app is not user friendly and although I contacted customer support several times they took too long to get back to me and they were not always helpful. Although they did offer tips regarding diabetes it wasn’t anything I hadn’t read through other free sources. I will continue to use the plan as I did pay for 6 months but I will drop it after that. Lesson learned!

Do Not Get The Klinio App
I would give it a negative if I could. The app makes it almost impossible to add your own foods and if you do you must add it again, unless it’s at the same meal as before. All the recipes use too many grains, I prefer to use starchy veggies instead of grains. No place to tailor the foods to your taste. My fitness pal’s free version of their app is a much better app. The only good thing about this app is the learning section and it ends after the first or second week. I’ve had this app 18 days (I paid for a year) and will only refund 1/2 of my fee less a processing fee.

Unseriöses Geschäftsgebahren
Die Firma Klinio hat zwar auf meine schlechte Bewertung geantwortet. Das ist jedoch Unsinn! Ich habe alles richtig verstanden, was bezüglich des gelieferten Produktes ausgesagt wurde. Ich wehre mich nur dagegen, dass man den Kunden ein Abo aufzwingt ohne ausdrücklich darauf hinzuweisen und nach Ablauf eines Jahres ohne weiteren Hinweid den Betrag von € 67,-- abbucht. Das findet die Verbraucherzentrale auch nicht korrekt, und das entspricht nicht seriösem Geschäftsgebahren.

The Klinio experience has been…horrible
The Klinio experience has been horrible. When they say according to our terms of service, means we suck at refunding money. The cost of this plan to way too expensive. There are many plans that do not charge this much and when you want to cancel they say our terms of service say, Blah blah.

Do not get suckered in
Do not get suckered in. Every few days they send an email that if you accept will bill you more money than you have already paid.

Be warned
Be warned, they set up a subscription with paypal and still took money despite the subscription being cancelled a few days before it was due. Paypal were no help and Klinio refused to refund, hiding behind the Paypal decision saying they can not override Paypal which is nonsense. You have my money, you just give it back. Not hard is it?

Klinio billed me twice for the app
Klinio billed me twice for the app. I provided a copy of my credit card bill as proof showing two exact same charges June 16 for $67. They maintain I was only billed once. Not true—and providing proof did nothing to get my $67 back. I am a senior citizen living on social security. I can’t afford to be beaten out of my money. I deleted their app.
