My experience is great! Every morning I prepare my day with what I want to eat and see if I have all the ingredients!! It’s very convince to have choice to change the meals!!! At the beginning I got tired of oats!!!

I had a problem when ordering a product. I had a response within 48-hours. The customer support employee not only addressed my initial "complaint" but when learning I was having difficulty in figuring out how to begin the program she explained how to go about it then emailed me an indepth handbook!

Excellent so far, I have lost 5 plus pounds in week and NO hungry once!

This is a very useful app. I was recently diagnosed as a diabetic and I have learned quite a bit of ways to ate healthy as a diabetic from this app. It’s very easy to follow and very helpful. This company is really doing a good job making great recipes and great information available.

When I signed up, I was a "novice" in diabetic diets. I have learned so much in the last few weeks it is remarkable! I LOVE this program because it has so much information and takes you step by step. They are there for any questions you might have with a quick response. The help that they give you is unbelievable!! I have done very well during the weeks I have been in the program - I have lost 11 lbs in 2 weeks! I am so pleased. My knowledge has increased so much! Thank you for all the encouragement!!

I like this program because it provides a easy to follow meal plan and lots of information about diabetes. I’m glad I found this app as its so helpful to me.
