Awesome meal plans and recipes
I have had t1d for 22 years and had become lazy with carb counting and a bit uninspired with my cooking and meal planning. I’ve been a bit burnt out and even though I don’t stick 100% to the meal plans or all the features of the app, just being able to remove that mental burden of thinking about and planning carb conscious, nutritious meals has helped me get back on track.

Nice, simple pre-diabetic (or diabetic) app -
It’s an app for diabetic or pre-diabetic people I like it because the information is presented in a simple, casual way without the sycophantic style of Noom (sorry, Noom). Apples to oranges, actually. Klinio is important fir me, as my goal is weight loss AND reduced blood sugar This keeps me accountable. Some tuning to the food log is needed (bigger food library and units - the default is 3.5 ounces, which is… weird)

Good Menus Keeping Me On Track
The meals are good what I can follow easily. So far, I have lost 1.5 stone and very happy. My glucose is already down. Love what Klinio is doing. I am telling friends and family about Klinio and suggested that they start using Klinio for weight loss and pre-diabetes or diabetes.

The app makes it easy to track your foods and keep you within daily limits. The articles are informative without adding too much. This is great for anyone struggling with diabetes.
