Great app! Clear meals and a great customizable shopping list! Makes eating well easy!

I absolutely love the fact that this app gives such a variety of recipes that are customized to your unique dietary needs or preferences! Not only do you get so many recipes, you get a shopping list for EACH day and EACH recipe!! How awesome is that??!! You can download and print the recipes/meal plan for the week and post them on the fridge to have them handy for when you are cooking.

K is helpful to me. I especially like manual input of wt and fbs and being able to track them. I wish there was a way to manually enter calories/carbs and track day to day from manually input. I have been writing down a food diary and calculating kcal/ carbs for everything I eat /drink. I have no way to manually enter totals kcal/ carbs. I miss using app for reminders of water intake And activity There might be a secret but I can’t find it on website

I just purchased this product and the learning curve and easy of use seems appealing

*** After refusing their original answer that they would not refund my second year, they did give me a full refund. I have changed my 1 star review to 4 stars. I would give them 5 stars had I been able to try the app for even just 7 days before purchasing. Bad customer service! I purchased and downloaded the app last year but after reviewing it I realized it wouldn't work for me. I deleted the app within a few days and wrote the $70 annual fee off to a learning experience, if they don't let you preview the app and how it works don't purchase! Now a year later they charge me again. I immediately contacted them and canceled, and asked for a refund but they refused? I have NEVER used thus app and now I am paying for 2 years. What a scam! A good business would realize their product doesn't work for everyone. I didn't ask for the first year back, I should have but as I said I wrote that off as a learning experience. But this second year I write off to their bad business.

Easy to use, good information to manage diabetes.

I was surprised at the variety in the meal plan. For someone who doesn’t know where to start it’s an A+!!!
