I asked for an immediate cancellation; I am a nurse and do not need guidance, just wanted some new recipes for diabetic meals. I see &66.00 on my AMEX bill, want it removed/credited immediately.

For $66.00 I received an 8 page book I had to print out and a website that is hard to get into. I would like a refund please. Please make sure that you did not set me up for auto renewal, if so remove it. I cannot get into you website to be sure it is not an auto renewal

I paid for a 6-month subscription, as that is the lowest monthly cost. I chose the anti-inflammatory diet and identified myself as a pre-diabetic. The meal plan was almost all protein and carbs, very little fruit or vegetables (about 1 serving per day), while the learning modules told me 50% of my plate should be veggies. The learning modules were all directed towards diabetics only. I followed 2 days of meal plans and had three of the recipes have incorrect measurements, causing me to waste food while I started over and calculated it out myself. Logging food is clunky, can’t log today past midnite and often can’t edit what’s logged. Water can only be tracked in 10.1 oz increments, although the chat told me they use a standard 8-oz cup. When I pointed out that was not correct, they then said they use a 10.1 oz cup to make tracking easier. I was refused a refund twice, then after I said I would take it to the Better Business Bureau, I was told I would get the full refund. I’ll be watching for that.

Can I make this a minus 1 review. Apparently this company will not, not cannot, just will not refund your subscription- I didn't Even Know I had a subscription. In November of last year apparently I started a 6 month subscription, while in the middle of grieving a family loss. A subscription I knew nothing about and NEVER wanted. Today they took another $90 for another 6 months I guess which I caught immediately, contacted them and cancelled. However, they are unable - no unwilling - hell no, deceitful enough to refuse to refund my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS THIEVING COMPANY, they don't care, it shows, they just want your money!! I am beyond disgusted that a company of lowlives like these people is allowed to continue in business. Keep your hands in your pockets folks, if you don't, they'll be picking so deep and quietly, you'll never be aware!!!!!!!!!

I hope you read this review before subscribing to Klinio. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!! THEY WON'T ALLOW YOU TO UNSUBSCRIBE UNTIL THEY'VE CHARGED YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. ONCE THEY ILLEGAL CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT THEN AND ONLY THEN WILL THEY UNSUBSCRIBE YOU WITHOUT A REFUND.

I have tried to cancel my subscription to Klinio but nobody gets back to me! I really don’t want to continue with this! Can someone tell me how to cease any connection and how to stop my money being taken?

What a con! So it's one of those where you think you are paying for two months but then they keep taking payments off you every two months after that. I've been paying this unsuspectingly for months. Customer service, don't give a monkeys. Never used the app. Tough, have a nice day. Be aware people and don't fall into this trap!

Everything is wrong with this app. Thank goodness I don't have diabetes. First of all but enough different as I can't see this app helping in that respect at all. Doesn't with with enough fitness trackers, and all of their numbers are off on calories burned for activities (way too high) and same for food consumed. Not enough ways to report foods consumed (uses mostly ounces( and gives inaccurate values for those. Basically useless. I went back to paper and keeping track on my own. If I were to eat what they are recommending based on my activity and eating patterns I would be gaining weight. I cancelled my subscription but as I paid for six months, there is no refund, I just can continue to use something that's a waste of my time. Don't waste your time or money, ANY other app is better than this. Going back to my simple runmefit app which connects with my fitness tracker and keeps track of all my numbers. I started using three weeks ago and it doesn't even accurately reflect the days you log your information. Very unhelpful/unfriendly user app 😡
