Horrible app, and unhelpful customer service, do not waste your money.

I did not sign up for Klinio but I have been charged for two 6-month subscriptions. Very shonky. I have notified PayPal

I signed up for 6 day trial only. They then took £30 out of my account for another month. There was no email asking me to subscribe etc. I am not happy and won’t be using them again. It says on my invoice 1 week only . I cannot find anything in my emails to say they would automatically sign me up for a monthly subscription . Beware!

First of all the marketing for this app is spot-on. As a sufferer of Type 1 Diabeties the 'pitch' was perfect: that it syncs with my continuous glucose monitor (by the way the most popular product on the market yet it doesn't work with this app) and helps to easily manage diabetes. In reality, even though they claim to offer a full refund within 24 hours if the app is not suitable, they in fact ignore your email making this request. The app itself is useless. It's basically pulling menus from somewhere and that's about it. It syncs with the iOS Health app and displays the same information you can get from looking at the Health app. There's no point to this app except to rip you off by promising to help control your serious medical condition with highly deceptive advertising. Stay away, very poor quality / usefulness and non-existent customer service. You've been warned!

i only paid for it because they promised meal plans. false advertising, they did no such thing. they didn’t provide a single meal suggestion much less a plan. the one star is because customer service was responsive. otherwise this is a ripoff.

I found this app looking for a way to help my elderly father who has Type II diabetes. I found the app to be cumbersome and time consuming. I also was unaware that cancellations must be within 24 hours of "purchasing" the service. I was charged twice for this app and customer service was not willing to refund me the two charges. They did refund me half of one of the charges, so I ended up stuck with paying $81.00 for an app I will not use. Customer service is severely lacking and the app is too cumbersome for users with little time. I would not recommend this website or app to anyone.

If I could give 0 I would. I paid using PayPal but when I went to retrieve the plan it asked for a credit card. I used PayPal for a reason. I filed a claim but it got denied. Hateful company

I asked to cancel for a refund but I was refused just because it was over a couple of days during Xmas time. Not helpful.
