The meals are clean, non process and delicious. I already lost 1.2 lbs and very happy. My glucose is already down. Love what Klinio is doing. I am passing the word around to friends and family to start using Klinio for weight loss and pre-diabetes or diabetes.

Klinio's helped our family. My husband had a huge problem with his diabetes getting out of whack. Yesterday he had his dr appt and he was told in one month with both of his insulin injections and his healthy eating from the Klinio menu his A1c was normal and according to his Lryac monitor he has had a green zone for the past two weeks.
