Kitsch company is the most worse company ever! From three weeks I didn’t get my order and information what is going on!!

#1 I ordered the start kit and it billed me for 3, I immediately reached out to fix the problem. Thinking I could cancel the order then rebook...no. Kitsch wants me to send back the items of which I agreed. Kitsch does not send a return label. When I asked about the return label, they said "we will get back to you". Like who needs 3 hair catchers?? #2 Trying to be optimistic, used the shampoo/conditioner bars. Found it very difficult to thoroughly rinse out the product. It's also very messy, even with the bags. # Brush very disappointing. The quality of the product is so cheap it's ridiculous for the price. It is made in two pieces and will not hold up for more than a week if you have medium thickness or more. I was expecting a solid brush..not hollow.

Ordered over a month ago, items still not delivered. No help whatsoever from customer service so now stuck out of pocket as they’re refusing to refund for items which have never arrived.

I ordered this product and have not received it. I live in England and was eventually told that it was delivered to Scotland. Since then customer service do not answer any emails, so effectively I ordered two products, £24, have not received them or a refund, that amounts to theft. Avoid this company at all costs, there is really no guarantee you will receive the products.

Terrible customer service. I really like the products, but they didn't deliver my order after 3 weeks and made zero effort to correct the problem. They required me to continue checking in with them to verify that they package was not received, and didn't offer to rush a replacement order or give me a discount after waiting for 3 weeks. I cancelled the order, then had to call them back again to get my money refunded. Absurd.

Good products but invasive spamming marketing and very bad customer support. I chose to stop buying their anyway high quality products just for this reason.

It's a scam, don't order anything from them. I've ordered products that I never received.
