Kitsch company is the most worse company ever! From three weeks I didn’t get my order and information what is going on!!

Mir wurde freier Versand ausgewiesen. Als ich dann das Paket erhalten habe verlangte der Postbote ganze 37,55€ für das Paket. Auf derart hohe Kosten durch Zoll und Versandt muss ein Onlineshop doch hinweisen!

I have only ordered a few times with Kitsch,,, and I love their shampoo and conditioner bars! My hair is so much softer and less frizzy since I started using them. My last order arrived, but I was missing an item. I reached out to their customer service and got a reply email back in less than 30 minutes. Followed a day later, with a new (free) order and an apologetic email. THAT to me, was GREAT customer service! The promptness and follow through, and them honoring my word and "fixing" the problem, speaks volume for their company! I love it when I'm so pleasantly "surprised" with customer service in today's world!

I started with Kirtch hair and body fragrances. I got so many compliments I had to order more. I then bought the rosemary and biotin shampoo and conditioner. I have very fine hair and this gives my hair shine and plenty of body. Also ordered body showers, which I love. I did have a problem with an order and contacted customer service. My problem was resolved within minutes. Great customer service. Great products. I plan on trying all of them.

If you’re looking for innovative, environmentally friendly products that pamper your hair and is woman owned, you found it in kitsch. Whatever your age, hair type or hair issue, they have a bar for that. I’m 65 with gray hair and love these bars. Right now my favorite is the Rosemary. My whole bathroom smells delicious because of that shampoo and conditioner bar. But more to the point my hair is pampered by their products. Over the years I’ve enjoyed more than their shampoos and conditioner bars. The hair wrap gathers up all your hair and keeps it tucked up till you’re ready to style. Their 6-pronged massager (I can’t remember what it’s called) distributes hair oil perfectly for scalp joy. I also love the body brush which I use every day for helping lymph make it to where it does the most good for my body. Lastly, I had an issue with a delivery. I sent an email with my concerns and not but a few minutes later, I had a reply. Professional, addressing my issue with multiple suggestions all the while making sure we were both on the same page ensuring a satisfactory outcome. Such a joy dealing with a company who cares about their customers AND have a wonderful product! Treat yourself to a visit to their website and indulge in your next obsession

Customer service is spot on!!

I been trying different shampoo and conditioners and I finally found kitsch. And I have been using for about 2 months and the last couple weeks I have been receiving so many complaints on my hair. 🥰 and it feels so healthy. Out of 5 star I give them 100 🥰

#1 I ordered the start kit and it billed me for 3, I immediately reached out to fix the problem. Thinking I could cancel the order then rebook...no. Kitsch wants me to send back the items of which I agreed. Kitsch does not send a return label. When I asked about the return label, they said "we will get back to you". Like who needs 3 hair catchers?? #2 Trying to be optimistic, used the shampoo/conditioner bars. Found it very difficult to thoroughly rinse out the product. It's also very messy, even with the bags. # Brush very disappointing. The quality of the product is so cheap it's ridiculous for the price. It is made in two pieces and will not hold up for more than a week if you have medium thickness or more. I was expecting a solid brush..not hollow.
