KITHReviews of kith.com

Do not purchase anything from this company. They take your money and don’t ship the items. I am out over $1000.00 for an order placed 1/1/19 and I cannot even get a reply from them. I contacted the New York Better Business Bureau and suggest you do the same. Also have asked Paypal to step in and see if they can get my money back, to hell with their product! Terrible company!

There customer service is the worst like I can’t even get in contact with any body referring to my snkears which I ordered on January 4th now it’s january 18th still nothing. It cost me $230 dollars, I’m. Not giving up till I get my sneakers. I email them and got a response saying give them 5 extra days to ship the package out since they are super busy. It’s been a whole 7 days and still no tracking number or anything.

The reviews don't lie. This company takes little to no pride in their customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes from them. They sent me the $200 shoes and one of the shoes look like they were used in an Olympic Marathon. They offered me $23 back. I ordered shirts that came with holes in them. Most recent I ordered a $350 jacket December 26th. It's January 16th and it still have failed to even ship. No point of contacting them online. They reply one a month at most and never follow up.

Never order online. Order was placed December 14th today is January 8th still waiting for answers. I am ready to call my bank and get my money back. unacceptable i will never order from KITH again.

They are a fraudulent company. Ordered a pair of shirts via their website. After reviewing their policies it states "acknowledgment of the order means that KITH has received your order request; it does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped". So after changing my mind about the order I quickly contacted them directly via email and asked to cancel the order within a matter of a few minutes a business day had not even passed. They stated that once the order is placed you can't cancel order. so they just took my money and never sent out the shirts with no refund no product. Its like they have revenge out for you when you complain or do anything at all. This is what they call FRAUD.

On August 20, I bought a pair of sneakers (order #656865) from KITH's online store. After 11 days, they emailed me a tracking number of my order and they said that my sneakers were out of stock so that they dispatched them later than normal. Unfortunately, they sent me a pair of DISPLAY sneakers. Many people tried them on and they were too dirty because of on the store shelf. Especially, the seam and the outsoles with many errors are unaccepted. KITH MUST NOT EXIST IN THE SNEAKERS WORLD. THEY LOOK LIKE PROFESSIONAL, BUT THEY AREN'T.

Ordered 7 pairs online and 1 came missing and 2 defected. Extremely disappointed, especially with the customer service. No explanation at all and just refunded the missing pair without any concern about the 2 defects.

Kith...you suck. You need to fix whatever it is going on with your webstore because it is slow as hell. That is all.
