I had an issue when buying from Spain due to customs and taxes but was resolved in the best and fast way, they replied all my messages fast and offered me different solutions to my issue. Other than that i would like to point out to check sizing guides before buying to avoid troubles. Would recommend Kith.com for sure even when buying from Europe

It is fantastic. I got what I expected really quickly and with an amazing quality. It is safe and it come pretty well presented. I love it.

I asked for one sweater, two shirt packs (three shirts each pack), another spring shirt and sport pants. I am from Spain and it arrived six days after I ordered it. Asked for it on June 17th and arrived on June 23rd. During quarantine! It is all perfect, the size and quality are amazing. I really recommend it. I do not understand the amount of bad reviews that are being posted, I must admit I was afraid of those opinions. However, as from my experience, it is completely safe and brilliant, if I could, I would give 10 stars out of 10.

I managed to luckily cop an item from the kith women x sailor moon collab, check out on the website was easy and had no problem with it. i'm from Canada and I like how they include duties/tax in your total unlike some other companies. my item arrived pretty fast and their packaging for items are so cute! will most likely buy from them again!

I read all of the negative reviews here only after I ordered and then became a little skeptical as the item I ordered was final sale and no returns, but I did find comfort that I had used Paypal just in case. First of all, I was able to find a pretty much sold out item on Kith for a comparable price, just had to pay shipping. They shipped the items in 3 business days as it stated item would be shipped within 3-5 business days. I received the item in mint condition within 6 business days, 10 days total counting weekends and I could not be more pleased. Therefore I have no complaints here, all positive.
