I ordered a T-shirt in a size XS and was SHOCKED once it arrived as it was massive! Whoever measures the sizes for KITH needs fired as this XS T-shirt was like a size large!! Once I contacted them to arrange a refund I was told that they don’t do refunds! I am now down 100 odd quid with a very large top.

Absolute shambles of a Company. If your from the UK ‘DO NOT BUY FROM THEM BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE GOODS, YOUR STUCK WITH THEM AND SKINT! Bought a garment for my Sons Christmas present, when it arrived (late) I gave it to him and it was HUGE, when I requested a return, I was told I couldn’t as it was under their ‘All Sales are Final’ basis? I contacted Customer Service’Julian, Mike and others numerous times without success, just ‘that’s our T&C’s , deal with them, they don’t operate the same returns policy which are Law here in the UK , which I’m not entirely sure is Legal but I do know I’ve got no way of finding out!! But I do know, I’ll never use them again!!

Purchased a coat (not true to size) For my hubby. We expected no returns because we have purchased plenty in the past but they wouldn’t even work with us for an exchange. We wanted a larger size and they just flat out don’t work with you. Customer service sucks and they don’t care about people, only money! Don’t fall into there popularity, plenty of other brands that offer the same style that actually care about having great customer service.

Ronnie is a visionary and makes great clothing but his company's unapologetic customer service (or lack there of) and elitist approach to traditional retail practices (i.e. no return policy) has left me no choice but to stop shopping here entirely. After years of spending thousands of dollars here, I end up far too disappointed than excited anymore. Half the stuff I buy doesn't fit - the inconsistency in sizing from one collaboration / line of clothes to another is unacceptable - and frankly the premium pricing is not justified by the quality anymore - QA and quality both have plummeted. Good luck in the recession. I get that we're a capitalist society of consumers but as soon as these kids working at Foot Locker need to actually pay bills, I'm afraid the first expense to stop will be $200 hoodies that can't even be returned or swapped for a different size.

TL;DR: If you're thinking of buying from KITH online, get a lobotomy instead. I purchased $125 shoes on the 22nd of April. It is now May 16th. I paid for shipping and waited the default 3-5 days shipping. On the third day, I received a notice from UPS, stating that they missed me. for the next four three days, the package was brought to my apartment at noon and unsuccessfully delivered. On the fourth day, it was shipped to a holding facility along with email instructions on when/how to pick my item up. Apparently, the shipper restricted any options that would facilitate delivery. No use of a UPS locker (if you live in NYC, just run the other way, you won't get your package). No shipping to an alternate address unless it directly neighbors the OG address. No preference for time. And, oh, no shipping on weekends. So, if you have a job, you're out of luck. I somewhat bitterly accepted my fate and Ubered to the holding facility before work. That was an extra $26. I was told that the seller requested it back -- despite the instructions clearly provided. Great. I Ubered to work ($31) and typed an angry email to the customer service email. When they decided to eventually respond, I was met with no regard for the inconvenience. After following up day after day, it was resolved that the package would be sent to my work address in the next 3-5 days. Phew. Those days came and went. I received no emails. I checked the tracking information, which confirmed that nothing was in motion. I followed up with a gentleman (different rep) who told me that my package was with them because it didn't deliver last week. He asked me to confirm my address and sent back my OG one, which would not work. I kindly reminded him that I was told it was shipping to my work address a few days earlier. He then copy and pasted his first message with my options, this time, in colored text. Thanks! We exchanged words a few more times and then the graphic designer ghosted me. A few days later he assured me that in 1-2 business days, my package would be shipped. I followed up on the second day -- I was told it'd be 24 more hours. I followed up at the 24 hour mark -- radio silence. I followed up the hour after -- nothing. The hour after that -- nothing. And I'll continue until they ship my package and I get to experience this process all over again, from start to finish, I'm sure. It's now been a little less than a month. This is petty, beyond petty, maybe, but it's also vaguely criminal and at the least, a masterclass in how to alienate future customers. KITH has no intentions of fixing their process, as the reviews show. This has been happening for months, if not years, all the while Ronnie is in Mykonos with Tommy Hilfiger, sipping rare wine out of a Yeezy Boost, cackling at all the 5-star reviews on google that drown out any semblance of backlash. It's absurd.
