Beyond terrible international service wish I read trust pilot fully before purchasing anything here.

Poor been three weeks and still in there warehouse and don’t reply to emails so I cant see tracking number, do not use if outside the USA.

I placed an order on April 18th, it's July 3rd and no sandals. I can't get in touch with them. Seems the shop no longer exists, smmh. I was scammed! BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM!

Terrible customer service. I had a bad experience trying to return an item. I felt like they didn’t care about me as a customer. I will never shop there again.

THE WORST customer service THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I told them I wanted to cancel my order within 5 min of ordering $1000+ worth of stuff and now they only give me store credit! I didn’t even receive the parcel it was shipped back to them!

Wish I would have read the reviews before placing a order. They had no problem taking the money out of my account in a hurry. Said they would send me an email when my order was being shipped. 3 weeks later, still no email, no product and will not answer email requesting status. Beyond horrible customer service.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this company. I have sent FOUR emails asking when they are going to ship and have heard nothing back. Worst company I have ever tried to work with!!

I really wanted these shoes and ordered 2 pair, it has been over a month now and I still have not received them. They have already taken my money! I have sent 4 separate emails and no response to any of them. I have searched everywhere for a phone number and nothing! I am so mad about this and don't know how to get this fixed.
