Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, had an order fulfilled they cancelled that payment got reverted but they also took an extra 2 payments , both of these have now gone from pending to complete and I haven’t got nothing to show for them and no emails confirming an order. Totally unacceptable it’s been 12 days since I tried contacting and have had no response

I ordered a pair of chuck 70 high top shoes. I specifically asked for women's size 10 order number 1587568. And instead, they sent me men's size 10 which were way to big for my daughter. It took 2 weeks to finally get them. And they were the wrong ones. I sent them back the next day. Then the company sends me a gift card for $103 for their store ONLY!!!! I reached out to them (email only because you can't call them) they then sent me another email explaining their return policy. I don't want anything else from this store, just those shoes and now they no longer carry them. If they had just refunded my money instead of giving me a gift certificate for there store, which is what I wanted, I wouldn't even be writing this review. Understand that if you buy anything from them and it's wrong, your money is gone. I wouldn't buy anything from them in the future!!!!!!

I tried to hold off on this review as long as possible due to the fact that I do like kith. I ordered a comes de garçon sweatshirt (Order #1610235) and received it on Tuesday 3/23 and upon arrival I noticed there were stains all over the sweatshirt. I reached out to kith customer support immediately with a long explanation and pictures to show the stains, I have yet to receive a response which is extremely frustrating considering the amount of money that was spent on the sweatshirt. On top of that when trying to further trouble shoot this issue I noticed Kith does not have a customer support line that you can call, there only other form of support is through Twitter which they do not answer. I really do hope you guys can resolve this issue because like I stated before I enjoy shopping at kith and would like to recommend the company to friends in the future.

Used to love the company after all my instore experiences. But after ordering online they might be the worst online company I have had to deal with. Ordered a tshirt that did not look anything like the pictures on the website. Decided to return it, that was over 2 weeks ago and still have not heard anything about my return. Emails are not being replied, twitter neither nothing. They are also stating they are sending me 55€ back instead of the 66€ i have paid. How does that work!? I just want my refund back and never have to deal with this website anymore.

I had got a gift card for the last time they messed up my order so I decided to give it another shot & ended up with the same result. I ordered a size 11 in the Air ones high. I got 2 right Air Ones shoes. One was a size 11 & the other one was a size 11.5. It’s sad that I had the same problem... My order #1600613

Very bad experience. Ordered an item and they shipped a wrong product. When informing them they shared a DHL return sticker however one had to arrange the DHL pickup, call them, repack the items, print the labels etc. This was certainly very time consuming and frustrating. In addition they could not offer the original ordered item and do not want to refund immediately even shared the original written confirmation by DHL pick up service. The items were not touched nor worn. As a indemnification they offered a lousy 10$ gift card. Considering the time (call, arrange, repackage, print, stick etc) and ink/paper cost one can really tell that they have not thoroughly thought that the 10$ gift card is just lousy. Suggestion: Either you come up with a sincere indemnification solution to make the client happy or just leave right away. Will never again order something from Kith

I ordered 5 items. They cancelled two of them because they were unavailable. I kept contacting the company to find out when I would get the rest of my order. They did reply with a tracking number about 2 months after I placed the order. When I finally got my order it was the wrong quantity and the wrong items. At first they said they would give me credit but I highly doubt that is going to happen. I would not recommend ordering from this company. Buy made in the USA!

I ordered stuff over KITH.com 1. I had to pay for taxes, what is normal that's okay. 2. I haven't liked the stuff - and wanted to send it back. First I had to wait because of CoVID what was also OK. But then when I sent it back, normally you get a backtrack directly from a store, and KITH doesn't provide that service - so I had to pay to send the stuff back, then they told me it takes time to get the money back. In the end 4weeks later I got a voucher with not the fully amount....So I spent in the end more money FOR NOTHING. So bad service, CustomCare E-Mails always waiting and asking. I wish I got the money back, what should I do with this voucher...pay again everything twice...NO! Cool stuff, they have but bad service! and thats not enough. Better directly store experience.
