Truly the worst 'customer service' I have ever experience. Feels like a scam as I purchased an item which was faulty. 3 months later and countless emails, they barely reply, when they do they say someone will be in touch in the next few days and no one ever is. Hopeless.

I purchased a pair of Converse sneakers from Kith for my Grandaughter as a Christmas Present - but didn't see her until after the Holiday to give her the gift. This week (1/12/2022,) she called to let me know the sneaks didn't fit and could I give her the receipt or return them for her. That's when I actually read the return policy - no returns after 30 days! Awful - as this was a gift I purchased early during the Christmas shopping season so I had missed the return window of 30 days. I would have thought because it was a gift and during the Christmas season the company could extend their timing of this strict policy, but have not heard back from them. I would not purchase from them again - as well as the 30 day return policy, apparently they only offer a store credit on returns so don't expect to get your money back. Also, they charge for shipping and a stocking fee - not great customer service if you are trying to keep consumers. I haven't even heard back from them. Beware!

If I could I would give 0 stars. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I ordered shoes on December 10th and only received an order confirmation but never a shipment tracking or anything else. So it’s been a month and my 210€ are down the drain! Im really mad and can’t reach anyone at customer service after writing numerous emails. It’s all just a huge scam! Also they say on their website they only refund in gift cards which I think is just ridiculous. DONT EVER ORDER FROM KITH! I hope I might get an update on my order but I highly doubt it.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Took them over a month to ship my package and I still haven’t gotten it. After it was almost delivered to my house they decided to withhold the pacakage and send it back to themselves. They literally don’t have a customer service I haven’t gotten a hold of one person

J'adore Kith ils font un super boulot de création. Néanmoins l'expérience vécu en ce décembre a été désastreuse et n'est pas à la hauteur de la promesse de leur créateur Ronnie Fieg. Ma compagne a passé une commande pour Noël le 6 décembre. Confirmée dans un 1er temps. 2 produits commandés. Puis elle reçoit un mail quelques jours plus tard disant que la commande partira en 2 colis. Puis le lendemain elle reçoit un autre mail disant qu'il n'y a plus de dispo pour un des 2 articles et donc commande annulée. Évidemment le temps que tout cela se passe, il ne reste plu aucun produit dispo sur le site pour une alternative. ABUSÉ Cette pratique d'annuler une commande plusieurs jours après c'est vraiment d'un autre temps où le ecommerce naissait. On est en 2021 serieux.... Déçu car j'adore cette marque mais cette gestion des commandes laisse à désirer et est parfaitement frustrante.

Worst costumer service ever! First, the order was placed the 13th of december. It was only when I contacted costumer service the 21st that I was informed the 22. Of december that they not have the item - almost ten days after and two days before Christmas. Then, the 22. They charged money for the order after they noticed me about not having the item and it is going to be dispatched. Then, i contacted costumer service again… and i Got a very rude one sentence mail after all this truble that the refundere the money and they did not charge. However, they DID charge money from me, and I currently wait for Them to refund my money for something i never received!! Around 170€.

Horrible. Will never order from here again. I placed an orders Dec 4th 2021, today is. December 23 2021 with NO shipping information or tracking information. When you email customer service you will receive an automatic generated email stating you’ll receive shipping updates in 1-3 weeks. There’s no real customer service here. No phone number to speak to a representative either. The options are to email support or tweet them on Twitter … when you do both you get no responses. Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Poorly managed company/ brand. They don’t care about their customers.

Vraiment mécontente ! J’ai commandé un pull pr Noel à mon conjoint le 4/12! Ils m’ont debité et reception de confirmation de commande en 48h ! La semaine dernière ne voyant aucun colis ni de second mail arrivé. Je decide de contacter le service client. Aucun succès apres 8 mails et 12 message twitter. Je recois le 20/12 un msg qui m’indique que mon colis partira dans 3/4 jours! Bon pour Noel c’est raté mais tant pis on fait avec! Ce matin je decide de repondre au service client en demandant au moins de m’envoyer le suivi du colis. Je recois un mail me precisant qu’ils annulent ma commande et qu’ils me rembourseront dans 7 jours! A 48h de Noel je me retrouve sans cadeau et plus de 200€ en moins sur mon compte en banque! Kith c’est une honte je ne commanderai plus chez eux! Une marque a fort prix style luxueuse avec une qualité de service zero! Client a l’abandon! Jamais vu ca !
