Great customer support, quick and helpful. A great boutique to shop at!

Absolutely amazing!!! Love the high end items at low cost. Been telling all my friends and family about it. Don't love the 2 item limit though. I do understand bc so many people will just purchase an resale for a ridiculous price, so the limit keeps things fair & I respect that.

Super responsive and prompt action to keep me informed while solving the issue at hand swiftly.

Really comprehensive and reactive customer experience team !

I made a mistake in ordering the wrong size on some Asics Kayano 14s that were final sale. I spoke to customer service and I think they understood it was an honest mistake and allowed me to return the item once the shoes comes in. When the order arrived, I realized that the shoe could fit my brother. Since his bday was coming up. I gave it as a gift. Even if I ended up keeping the purchase, I was glad to receive such personal service from Kith. Thank you Jas in customer service!
