Being from Australia Kith drop at around 3AM stayed up for the New York Knicks collaboration, check out went smoothly was able to complete purchase, even checked again after purchase and there was still stock, 40min later received a cancellation order and now is out of stock, just disappointed as a customer overseas to know there was still stock after purchase and to have your order cancelled is unacceptable.

If I could rate a 0 star o would. If you return something you can only get credit. Not worth it. I don’t believe in companies that are quick to take your money but won’t give it back.

I visited the Kith location on Flatbush and Bergen st in Park Slope, and it seemed to me that the only person working was the manager. There was at one point 5 different groups of people he was helping at one time. This is unfair to him. How is the manager supposed to over see the floor if he’s working the floor alone with no support? I wanted to purchase some clothing but I couldn’t because he was too busy and no one else was around so I left. Not good.

The reviews are true. Horrible customer experience. Ordered a pair of really rare sneakers. Even though a shipping label was created they were never send out from the warehouse. First they told me they had a "sorting issue" at the warehouse, a couple of days later the sneakers were "lost". This is crazy.

My experience with customer service has been horrible thus far because I have yet to interact with or receive a reply at all from them. I ordered some Kith x Stance socks on 6/26 and received an email notification on 6/29 indicating that the item was out for delivery. Later, at 5:45 pm, while I was home, I received a notification that it had been dropped off on my doorstep so I took a look outside and there was nothing there. I did report the lost package to UPS and of course I received an automated message deferring to the shipper (this was after I had completed a lost package claim online that also hasn't been updated). I live in a nice neighborhood and order shoes/clothes from StockX, Saks5thAvenue, Supreme, etc all the time and have never had anything stolen off of my porch plus we know our neighbors. Also, I was home when the package was purportedly "dropped off" and did not see it. I sent an email to Kith customer service detailing what had transpired on 6/30 and have not received any response whatsoever. I really like a lot of Kith's pieces and they do cool collaborations and this is only my second time purchasing a Kith item directly from them, but if my experience thus far is a solid indication of the quality of their customer service, then I probably won't be buying anything from them a third time. It's a good thing my item wasn't expensive!

They did not ship the socks that I have paid for when many people already have received their socks, and cosutmer service keep saying that i should wait and they are working hard to identify the issue and find a resolution for me, but nothing happens.

I order some shoes by Kith.eu The shoes where damaged and not good of quality so I wanted to send them back. I must pay 10 euro for the shipping costs that is normal but I also must pay 10 euro’s for send them back. So they stole 20 euro and deliver a bad product. I will never order again by this bad company!

I ordered a polo shirt and a short on May 30th. Then a week later, I texted them because I didn't receive a dispatch email at the time. They told me that a polo is not in stock and need to arrange the products. It takes 3-4 days to do it they said. However, I received an email which says my order has been shipped out. It was just few hours later since I received the first email. These all happened on May 30th. I have tracked several times since it was shipped out but the tracking information has never updated until June 20th. I called DHL Japan to figure it out then they told me that my package has not even been picked up. It might be in Florida or somewhere I don't know, anyway DHL said it seems like the invoice was registered but it's not picked up yet. I texted KITH to investigate what is going on with my package and they have never replied until June 22th. I texted them on the same day to let them know that I am declining the payment. This is surely the worst experience I have ever had. I think selling products they don't have is a kind of problem even though they charge on the same day as customers ordered. I don't know what the truth is, however I feel like I'm just scammed. I am so disappointed. I should have read here.
