I ordered sneaker online and selected the size 6.5m/8w. I needed a women’s 8. I was sent a w6.5. Upon explaining this to the customer service I was repeatedly sent the returns link which I did not want and told ordered the wrong size. Can someone explain to me how ordering a 8w and being sent a 6.5w is wrong on my part? Unreal . I wanted to exchange for the 8W and was told I must go through return. I was then informed I needed to pay a Restocking 8$ fee along with the return shipping only then I can get store credit. Embarrassing performance by Kith who claims to be a good company. Do not deal with them online you will lose.

Their “return” policy is horrendous I have never seen anything like it. If you purchase from kith.com they charge $10 shipping. Fine, however the item I ordered was 4 inches long and weighs 3 ounces. Then there is no refund. Online and in store is apparently different so you can’t return in store. So you are forced to ship it back in which case you be charged a $8 restocking fee. Furthermore, you can then only have credit, no refunds and the credit can only be used at the online store. What a joke. My mother purchased an item as a Christmas gift that was $55 plus tax and the $10 ship around $70. So then minus the $8 restocking fee she can now hand over a store credit of around $49 to be used at the online store as a Christmas gift. NEVER NEVER purchasing from here again! Oh and you can’t actually speak to anyone only can send an email or DM on Twitter. Scammy and thieves.

I ordered a dartboard recently, cost me more than $500.00. The product is damaged upon the delivery, emailed them, no response at all. What a shame, won't shop them anymore. Please avoid this merchant.

The worst… no wonder you have such a bad review on trust pilot. No response at all, I tried email, twitter, instagram.. nothing. No phone number to contact. What a shame. You know your products are not cheap right?? Better invest in cust service soon otherwise you will lose all these customers!

These comments are real, please be very careful when dealing with this company. Terrible customer service. No free shipping, regardless of what you spend. Did packaging for their site but NOT customers and for an expensive up and coming brand, this was a BIG miss. Additionally your shipping and billing have to match. So no gifting unless you ship yourself, another BIG miss. I am going to find out who is behind this company, my gut tells me it is not an experienced group of any luxury brand. Wow, please be very careful with your expectations and this company. I will be getting to the bottom of their nonsense. Appreciate your response but it doesn't help the overall issues.

Absolutely negative experience. After receiving emails about the order delay, I receive another email after two weeks with ORDER CANCELED without providing further details. Bad behavior!!

So sad this is one of my favorite brands but their online customer service with Ray has just been unrealistic. I work in customer service and this guy truly just doesn’t give a fuk. So disappointing because I really do love their clothing but this experience has just turned me off.

Probably my worst experience in an online shopping despite my friends advice not mess with them !!! I tried to buy two pairs of shoes to avoid the expensive shipping but I received message that one of my order is cancelled. On the next day the shoes appeared on the site again and I asked why I didn't receive them,of course without an answer. After I asked for my money, I was told that they couldn't return it because my goods would be sent again, of course it was a lie. After a week of waiting without an answer, I again asked what was going on and then I was told that I would get a refund. It cost me about 10 days of wasted time. I would never shop with them again. Very bad customer service
