Woke up early to buy star wars tee just see my order get canceled after 30 minutes.

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes that were the wrong size, so I requested a return. Kith responded that the shoes could not be returned, since they were from the "all sales are final" section. I did not see anything that said "all sales are final" on either the website or my receipt. I then requested to exchange the shoes for the correct size and received this response: “Unfortunately, we are experiencing delays while processing exchanges at this time and it may take longer than expected to process the requested exchange hence, we are not accepting exchanges.” I have never heard of a retailer who can decide not to accept exchanges because it may take too long.

I didn't even order anything but received something in the mail. Without even opening it, and before I even got it in the mail, I sent an email to customer service about it. They insisted I did in fact order it and then only gave me a gift card minus the shipping. I've never even heard of this ugly ass store and their ugly ass clothes. I just want my refund and never want to deal with this store again.

I ordered a sneaker from Kith. When I asked their twitter account what sizes do they display when ordering I was told it was in US sizes. I am a UK 9.5 and on their size charting for the sneaker it showed that a US 10.5 converts to a UK 9.5 so I ordered. Once delivered I discovered that the shoe was a US10.5 but it converted to a UK10 which was not what was described on their website. I emailed Kith and provided evidence from their website, twitter account, photos of the shoe and the shoe box and my receipt as I also used a Gift Card. However, I was faced with a email stating that I received the 'Correct item that you ordered'. They completely disregarded that this order was based on the false informatiom which they put on their website. I was told to return the sneaker. However, that would mean I would have to pay a delivery of £9 to return the item. Therefore, they charged me a total of £18 in delivery fees and did not issue me a new gift card besides this being a problem caused by Kith

Purchased a pair of somewhat rare sneakers. The toe box on the left shoe was completely deformed - something that would be sent to Marshalls. It's 2023 I expect better quality control than that. I know that it's technically the manufacturers fault but Kith should have caught it before shipping. Now in order for me to replace them I have to spend another $18 - $10 for shipping and $8 for their "restocking fee". I will never buy from this retailer again and I suggest you think twice before you do.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Impossible to talk to a human being. Ordered the wrong color shoe, returned and bought the right color. They won’t give me my money back for the first pair, even tho a Miami store attendant told me they would. Will never shop w them again.

No customer service phone number Delivery took 15 days rather than 5 promised First time after 5 years in my apt UPS reversed the shipment and I can’t do Anything about it, nor contact Kith

Scammers . fact . Unfortunately people chasing goods they don’t really need , but are conditioned to think they do , don’t read the reviews before blinding throwing money at companies like these
