They waited nearly a week to tell me the item was out of stock and said it would be another 7 days on top for the refund. I ordered within minutes of the release and the item stayed in stock for ages after my order, so don't really understand. They only sent a template email with no apology. I did not receive a refund on shipping. Tried to contact them via the email on their website, which they keep telling people to contact, but not got a response. I recently bought a lot of stuff in their Paris store and will aim to return it all now. Disgraceful customer service. Wish I had read the reviews before.

I made an order with KITH EU online on 06/05/2023 for €145.00 It is now 26/05/2023. I still have no idea if they even had the product I paid for in the first place. I e had no dispatch confirmation, no tracking number, no update of any kind. I’ve tried speaking with Customer Services. Gary, has danced around the subject entirely. He wouldn’t even tell me if they have the product and if they’ve any intention of sending it. I eventually have asked to cancel my order and requested a refund. And now silence. They haven’t responded to my last four emails. This company is robbing people. Literally criminal activity and they ought to be shut down. Ronnie Fieg, as a family man supposedly a man of morals and mindfulness, you should be ashamed of how your company practice. I will not rest until I have my money returned and can only hope my efforts bring some justice to this business who will start treating their customers with respect and loyalty. The reviews here are a disgrace. KITH, you should be ashamed.

They have zero care and consideration for the customers. I’ve written 6 emails and called every shop and have not had any contact back. Do not shop here under any circumstance IVE JUST RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM KITH ASKING ME TO EMAIL THEM 😂 THEY’VE NOT EVEN FEAD MY COMPLAINT TO REALISE THAT THE PROBLEM IS THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS KITH - GO BACK AND CHECK YOUR EMAILS!!!!!

They have the worst customer service. They do not reply to your emails at all!!!! And there is no customer service phone number. This is the second time I’ve ordered from them and received no help at all when reaching out. I would never buy from them again. They are very unprofessional.

Do not shop here. PERIOD. I bought a shirt for my boyfriend 1 month ago. they sent it to the wrong address and will not respond to any of my emails. I have been trying to get ahold of them for weeks and they are no help at all. I spent 200 dollars and I am not getting my shirt or a refund. they are thieves

Quality control for their products has gone down the drain....especially with the new Star Wars launch. Search Reddit and you'll find loads of customers with QC issues (missing logos, poor stitching, graphics that come off without washing). Customer Service isn't interested in owning the issue or providing solutions. They want to brush you off because they've already got your $100 in their pocket. Never shopping there again.

Pray to the gods of Phil Knight that your kicks fit because they do not accept returns. Blue ribbon pricing with low-class return policy.

Worst customer service. They were unable to fulfil my full order after fully charging me (duties, shipping etc). After following up multiple times they refused to refund my shipping costs for the item NOT shipped. Should have read these reviews before ordering.
