They forgot the tracking mail, at soon as i requested, they send me. Good customer service and shoes arrived in 7 days.

Yes the prices are high but this isn't TK Makks. The staff were helpful in store (Kevin especially). Talked me through my selection of items . I didn't get the hard sell or made to feel awkward for saying I didn't want certain items. Overall a friendly enjoyable experience; considering some of the dismal customer service I received whilst in New York for a short time, this place stood out as the exception. Great products, great staff great store. The store smells good too.

This is the shop for those people who value the real quality and spare no expense. The male part of my family ordered time tested boots and clothing and we never regreted it.
