No frequent updates on my order.

Two orders placed for two different items. The be in December, other in March. Both orders cancelled because they can’t supply the goods.

Great products, but the packaging when they ship an item is just horrible. This is a "luxury" brand, and Zara has better shipping and packaging. I recently bought two jackets, one priced at $500 and the other at $700; they arrived in a cheap plastic bag, looking like they came from China. Considering the price you're paying and the brand's luxury status, there's a need to step up the packaging and shipping. One was a gift, and I was embarrassed to give it to my friend because it looks like I got it from an offsite and not actual Kith. Please, at least include some Kith printed tissue paper and put it in the box.

Si j'avais lu tous ces avis négatif sur Kith avant de faire ma première commande, je me serais abstenue !! Service client déplorable, voire inexistant. Commande arrivée mais la taille ne convenant pas j'ai procédé au retour (payant 10€). Ca fait 10 jours qu'ils l'ont bien reçu et je n'ai toujours aucun remboursement malgré plusieurs emails envoyés restés sans réponse ni confirmation sur mon compte. J'ai finalement obtenu mon remboursement car j'ai beaucoup insisté..

Does not care about the customer! Kith has plain T-shirt for sale for 75$ but use the worst shipping carrier. I've never heard of TForce Logistics. The shipping carrier was a horrible experience. The audacity to have luxury priced clothing and use the cheapest possible shipping methods tells you everything you need to know about how they value their customers!

Havent purchased anything yet, however, why are the prices and stock quantites different on the website when compared to the mobile app. With all the bad reviews, it makes me really hesitant to order. Example, Kith Turbo Swim Short on web app £120. On the mobile app, they are £145... Thats quite a difference. This happens on multiple items. I can understand maybe the stock isnt syncing with the app.. but considering Kith's own brand is never on sale.. why are the prices so different.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Kith EU and was mistakenly shipped a smaller size, based on the women's sizing. When I reached out to customer service, they initially said I had ordered incorrectly, when that wasn't true. Once I provided them with my order confirmation email and screenshots from their own website to confirm I ordered correctly, they went silent and stopped responding to me for over a week. I then chased them on both Twitter and different email threads to try and get a response. Finally, I got an answer via email that basically said, "here's a return label". Terrible customer service experience from Paul in particular. Unhelpful, lacking both problem solving skills and logic-based reasoning. I really enjoy Kith's products but this experience has made me rethink buying from them. Sad to see that the customer service is lacking on such a great brand. Ronnie, what is happening??

Love the site, love the products, wish the customer service and communication was better as well as the agreed timescales followed on the web site. Still waiting for updates on my purchase. Think in future I’ll stick to resale sites and pay the extra to save myself the hassle.
