I purchased two pairs of trainers from Kith back in August 2023 and attempted to return them in September 2023. I kept the size that fitted and returned the larger size. I am now six months on and multiple attempts to return these and have heard they are now being returned to me. Despite Kith Returns receiving them but being 'unable to scan' the returned item. Six months of back n forth. Nothing comes close to how terrible this experience with Kith is. A Merchandise company that cannot receive a returned item. Never mind refund the customer. This latest exchange has led me to believe the company is actually fraudulent and are attempting to scam the customer by continually pinging lip service emails, with no ownership to resolve this issue - which is a simple returned item.

I had two problems with them, the first was that I placed an order and after several days waiting for it to be shipped, I had to contact them because I had no updates on my order and they notified me that they did not have the product in the warehouse. I decided to give them another chance, this time if they had the product when they sent it to me, the package was lost. I do not recommend it, they use a very cheap and bad shipping method but they do not give you any other option other than that shipping method.

Purchased their Vapor scented spray. Pump spray has issues; often will NOT spray. I did reach out to them which will result in me returning the item. That alone is a wait and see process. Very slow, which I would also say mirrors their shipping of products. Because of the factors involved, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I will never buy from this website again. Worst customer service. Restock fee plus u can't even speak to anyone. No one responds to emails. Pointless. Takes weeks for product to come in.

They don’t want to refund my money , this is the worst online store that I ever buy something and I did buy things from china , don’t buy nothing here before read all the small letters because they scam you with a 6 month waiting for a shoe ….

Was Excited to visit the new Women’s Kith store in Soho where the old atrium was located. I am a frequent and loyal client to Kith and I was blown away by the beautiful aesthetic of the store. Sorry to say very terrible customer service experience. I walked around the store for 15 minutes. I checked all the clothing in the front the shoes area in the middle and the cafe in the back. NO ONE ASK IF I NEED HELP or a simli let me know if you need anything we're here to help. Everyone was just standing as if I should greet them which was off to me. I came in to buy a lady’s Kith Lamont Coaches Jacket and I was going to buy one for myself as a Valentine's outfit. The client advisors dropped the ball on almost a 5k transaction and could have been more if I was to get some help to even add to cross-selling. Very disappointed with this experience. I work for LVMH I left work to head over to one of my favorite brand and left in distaste. This happened around 6:50pm 2/2/24

Do not order from these scammers. I ordered a pair of shoes from them and returned them back, as the tracking of the order says, the shoe came back to them but they’re saying that it’s not scanned by their warehouse to steal my money. I think that a problem of THEIR system should never led to a problem for the customers. I tried to contact them many times but they do not intend to solve the problem, so i opened a dispute against them with my bank, and i’m gonna have my money back with or without their help.
