I purchased a specific Jordan brand sneakers from this site Since I couldn’t find any in my size for retail .it took almost 2 weeks to get here like they ship them out from overseas , and when the item arrived . I compared them to my other sneakers of the same kind different color way from Nike …they’re totally off with the stitching , color of the material shoelaces , how is crafted in the box . I emailed kith NYC and sent them pictures . explained to them I purchase the same shoe on a different size from footlocker to compared the authenticity as. Second thought . and it’s totally different they’re not authentic Jordan brand Nike product that I wanted a full refund . Because they’re not offering the consumer legit authentics . Sandra a customer service agent from Keith blew me off saying that that’s what I ordered and they don’t offer refunds . No refund on the shipping and an $8 restocking fee …that they only give out e cards “ store credit “ like if I’m really going to purchase another item from them if I suspect they’re selling fakes . Funny return policy with no phone number to contact them directly . I know they won’t pass G.O.A.T for authcicty. I have no choice but to contact Nike to investigate and purchase several pairs and legit check them like they did Stock X for selling fakes . If they want to uphold their return policy . They should stated on their website that the sneaker they’re purchasing it’s not possibly not authenic to justify it .

BEWARE. Business offers exchanges only not refunds. Purchased a pair of sneakers In the correct size, but did not fit. I tried sneakers on one time and they are in mint condition. Company refused to give refund. Policy is exchange only. I guess this is one reason why so many people use Amazon. Refunds are easy. Will never use this business again. Live and Learn.

Kith clothing quality is mostly good but the customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. My wife bought me an item for Christmas and it was defective. After months of contact hoping they would do the right thing, they just kept coming up with excuse after excuse before outright refusing to settle in any way and closed the case. They straight up stole the item I sent back to them and stole my original purchase money too! *One of the employees told me to just send the item to the kith HQ if the CSR is giving you a hard time and they will refund you everytime. 👎🏽 ronnie fieg! - Leon

In the past month I tried to place 4 different orders of clothing items that were in stock on the website, and all four were cancelled after 3-4 days of placing the order. On the 3rd and 4th order, I had checked with customer service to see if the order could be completed due to my previous experiences with the first two orders. On both times customer service replied that the order would be shipped after the shipment was made ready at the warehouse. Less than 10 minutes later, the order was cancelled again. After the cancellation I asked customer service again why the order was cancelled, as the size is still on offer on the website but so far I have not received an answer. Very disappointing. At the moment I don't know if Kith just leave sizes on the website that are never there or if my account is blocked by Kith. At least I can say that customer service does not seem to help with anything.

I would honestly give no stars if I could, worst company I have ever dealt with ! Returned faulty item promised a refund when they received the item they sent a gift voucher and told me I'm basically lying and received a refund Contact PayPal and unbelievably they said they will give me a full refund if I return the item they already have ! How is this even possible ??? Update 29th Feb I still have not been refunded for this item ! Just ridiculous!

Ordered 2 pairs of sneakers and they do not look authentic. The boxes they came in are not the same quality of the ones that I’ve purchased directly from Nike. Items arrived late. I had to send them an email asking for my order and it suddenly arrived the next day. Something is shady and I can’t seem to pinpoint it. But wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them.

Horrible experience. Multiple items cancelled and difficult to receive refunds on cancelled orders. This company drop ships and lacks controls on website inventory which leads to unfulfilled orders with delayed notifications.
