I had a great experience with Kith customer service. I ordered a pair of Travis Scott green spark that had some quality control issues with them. I sent pics and asked for some sort of discount or item return and had the team reach out promtly giving me a discount and willing to rectify the problem immediatly. I value the customer service I recieved cause it was fast and wasnt intrusive or inconvenient in anyway. Very happy and will continue to be a customer when now knowing they provide excellent customer service if a problem happens!
