During this quarantine time in Melbourne, Australia, whilst the Covid virus has wormed its way around the world, I have managed to get a Black Belt in Online Shopping. The advertisement for the Danish Dough Whisk kept appearing whilst I was playing Words With Friends on my phone, and I finally relented. I am SO glad I did because it really is quickly becoming my favourite kitchen tool. And yes, I'm buying three more! Two for my bestie's (dec) daughters for their forthcoming birthdays, the third for my son's girlfriend. Each of these gorgeous young women will have me in their hearts forever once they use their whisk for the first time! So often when I have bought products online over these past few months I have been totes disappointed because of the inferior made-in-China flimsyness, but golly gosh your whisk has style and solid craftsmanship. Ordered in November for Christmas delivery. Said it “shipped” December 4th. I’m less than 2 hours from the distribution center. Still not shipped. So frustrated. I ordered 4 items!!!! Won’t do business with them again.

Received an email that it was being shipped December 7th, still waiting......and no further response. I guess the positive comments were made by people working in the office, that’s why they don’t have time to respond to true customers! Very disappointed.

I ordered on November 27th and got a tracking number on December 4th, stating that the tracking number/label was only created and I would be notified when my item shipped. It is now December 19th, 15 days from date of label created, and it has yet to arrive at the shipping facility. I have now contacted the company twice with no response. The first time I responded to their notification of shipping label created, and now through their website "contact us". Very disappointed as the facility is in a town 37 miles from me. I wish I could just go pick it up.

I wish I could have given a zero rating. I ordered December 6 so that my gifts would arrive in time for Christmas. I received notice that they had shipped on December 7. By December 17, still no tracking info on the order. There is no phone number to call. The company is not refunding my money as I have repeatedly asked via email for them to do. There is no one to speak to. Emails are slow to be answered and do not address my concerns. Beware of this company.

UPDATE: RECEIVED ORDER SATURDAY 12-19. Did not get an email from support until after it was delivered :D ... I placed my order Nov 23rd. Like another reviewer, I rec'd a "shipping notification" that as of Dec 15th the USPS was awaiting delivery: December 15, 2020 at 1:34 am Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item I emailed support with no reply. I really doubt I'll get delivery by Christmas. I've searched but can not find where this place is located. Overseas somewhere I'm guessing. No phone number listed on site either.

Ordered early December, got a notice that it shipped with tracking number on 12/7/20 USPS status on 12/7 was that it was on its way to USPS and as of today 12/16 it is still in that same status. I am having doubts that it actually shipped.

UPDATE: I did finally get my order. I have changed the status of my rating. BECAUSE these Dutch Whisks are the BOMB! LOVE THEM! Best thing to happen all year long. Thank you Kitchen Souffle for responding. I ordered this Dec 1. Got a tracking number stating that a label was made on Dec 4! It still has not been picked up! Today is Dec 13th! I should of gotten this by now! By the sounds of this I don't think I am going to get this before Christmas! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!
