Only received 2 of the 7 items I ordered, but my credit card was charged the full amount of $121. I have tried reaching the company several times to no avail, no response at all. I Like the products they offer, but the company does not seem to be very professional or trustworthy. Beware!

I have ordered from Kitchen Souffle several times in the past; quality products and great service. Lately I have been getting emails with 10-15% promo codes. I have tried to order more items due to past experience. Every time I try to order, I get a message that the site is not taking orders at this time. And there is no phone number to place a phone order. What's going on? Has this turned into a scam site? I guess it's back to Sur la Table, Crate and Barrel, and Williams Sonoma!

I would never do business with kitchensouffle again. Never! I ordered the whisk almost two months ago. I have been billed and I have remitted payment; foolishly. I have emailed customer service several times only to be told it shipped. Last communication once again said shipped. Still not even a tracking number. I have requested a refund and was told it was impossible as it has shipped. Really? Customer service is inefficient and amateurish. What a giant hassle over a whisk!

I have not received my order my tool for making bread. what has happened to it. Order#150675. Would love to have my new tool. Thank You Jeanie Lucas

I ordered my whisk on November 21st...it is now February 2nd and I have not received my item...even though it has been paid for for over two months! I have asked twice for a refund of my money... I keep getting the reply that my product is on its way. I will never order from this company again! Take caution ⛔️

I purchased a Danish Dough Spoon from Kitchen Soufflé on December 21,2020 and now it is February 1, 2021 and I still haven’t received it. I sent them 9 emails and their few responses are “it’s in transit”. This product has been bought and paid for and still no delivery! I asked for a refund many times and/or replacement - no response. Kitchen Soufflé is A SCAM!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY DON’T DELIVER!! They take your money and run!! I also reported them to the Better Business Bureau. The. BBB stated they would get in touch with Kitchen Soufflé to let them know about my purchase that never arrived. Still no response. Buyer Beware!!! Fake company- they are a SCAM!! My Order # is: 126624 ordered on December 21,2020. You should already have my email address - I emailed you 9 times remember? By the way, guess what? I finally received it TODAY, February 3, 2021. It only took a month and a half. I still will never purchase any other products from this company - too aggravating and not worth it.

I ordered 2 Danish dough hooks on December 6th for Christmas presents. It is now January 21 and I still do not have my dough hooks and Kitchensouffle refused to give me a refund. They keep responding to my emails saying they are looking into it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered from Kitchen Soufflé the end of November. I received notification that my item had shipped around the 5th of December. When tracking the item, it has not moved since December 7th. I waited until after January 1st to reach out to them in case it was just delayed because of the holiday. I still have not received the item and Kitchen Soufflé will not do anything to remedy the situation. All the response I have received is we have contacted the carrier. When asking for a refund they said that is not possible because it is in transient. Horrible customer service!!
