My order had not arrived after about 5 weeks. I emailed Kitchensouffle and received a response within 48 hours. They tracked the order, apologizing for the delay (apparently held up in Customs),assuring me it would get here! I received it today, all pieces in great condition. Thank you, Kitchen Soufflé!

I had ordered several Kitchen Souffle items as stocking stuffers and gifts for me, my daughter and daughter in-law for Christmas. Everything came just fine except two of the bag holders bases were cracked. I sent off an email about it and received two whole holders, no questions asked! I thank them for excellent customer service as well as great products!

Dear Kitchen Souffle, I placed my order on December 8th. You are mailing this from Henderson Nevada USA, yet charged me an international fee. I have a friend in FRANCE who sent a package to me on December 17th and it arrived on today, December 30th. You indicated you created a shipping label on December 20th in Henderson Nevada yet 10 days later it had not shipped. I could have driven from Seattle Washington to Henderson Nevada AT LEAST 5 TIMES during the last 22 days. I expect to be in receipt of my order NO LATER THAN JANUARY 1, 2021. THAT means you would need to do overnight shipment at your cost. This was to be a gift for my son who I spent the week of Christmas with in Oregon. ****UPDATE ORDER NUMBER IS 114106!! I have sent 3 emails to your customer service email. Get a phone number so people can actually call!!*****

I did not receive all of my items. I have been trying to contact them and haven't heard from them still.

Great product and customer service! The item delivery was delayed, and when I contacted them, they got back to me immediately. They tracked down the item and it was delivered 2 days after their investigation. Awesome company!

I bought 2 Danish Dough Whisks and 1 Brotpisker and I am enjoying them all!! I was able to have an especially wonderful holiday because these kitchen tools made cooking and baking a breeze!! I used the Brotpisker to make a meatloaf and I didnt get my hands all full of meat and it glided through my chopped meat with such ease!! I don't know how I ever did without the Brotpisker!! I used the Danish Dough Whisks to make cookies and cakes and they all turned out great and were much enjoyed by my family!! The reason I bought 3 items is because I cook and bake a lot and this way, I can have more than one thing going at the same time!! Kitchen Souffle, you are the BEST company!! Thank you for making such awesome, durable products!! I look forward to purchasing more items from you!!!!!!

Just got my whisk and have not yet used it. BUT in defense of the company, all my online shopping was backed up this year due to USPS. Two-day priority mail took 10-14 days and I'm still waiting for a package mailed just outside Detroit on Dec 7 that has not yet arrived on Dec 28. 19,000 postal workers out with Covid or quarantine. So, I am not blaming Kitchen Souffle for the delay in receipt. I'll be using my whisk tomorrow and will revise my review if it is not fantastic.

We ordered three Danish dough whisks from kitcheksouffle.com - one for ourselves and two to give away as gifts. I used this whisk the day I received it to make my mother’s recipe for cinnamon rolls. It works amazingly well!
