Spot on and very much water proof

Total disappointment. Bought on recommendation of British cycling. This thing can’t take helmet shoes and the rest of the kit. I would tell others to avoid and buy something else

I had ordered a poncho but in the wrong size on a weekend. I contacted customer services but to keep the orders timely they get dispatched straight from the warehouse on non business days. I got an email Monday giving me instructions on how to get this replaced and a correct sized order was sent out as soon as I had informed royal mail. Excellent customer services. Extremely efficient and no fuss. Thoroughly recommend this company. And the quality of the bags etc are superb.

The tote bag we ordered was delivered promptly and was packed well. My wife loves it. The blue colour looks good. The protective base is a great innovation. No more soggy bag bottom

I had seen this when it first came out, wanted one but I really do have enough bags already! Then they released it in blue, and I couldn’t resist any more. I love it! Plenty of room and the robust base is perfect!
