Great product and service. Despite the Royal Mail loosing my parcel, the customer service team sent a new bag out to me straight away.

Bought as a gift, so not used yet. However it looks great, seems really well made and very practical for using as a drop bag or transition bag (it’s not just for triathlons). It’s a good size, and being square can be stacked easily. I like the viewing windows on the ends (for names or activity, depending how you’re using it). The service was also very good: it was despatched and arrived very quickly…I’m just trying to think of a reason why I might need one now 😆

Incredibly prompt delivery, fantastic service and even when I had an issue with an item it was replaced and dealt with with speed and consideration for their customer

I am not completely happy with my bag/s in a functional sense based on what I had hoped for but I find it hard not to rate as 5 stars because their quality is exceptional. Delivery was fast, they were packaged superbly and the order process from start to finish was easy.

Great product, only area of improvement would be the movement of the zips, nor very smooth when doing up when bags zipped together...

Ordered from them a bit too close to Christmas really. Emailed their HR and the delivery was pushed through in quick time. Good gear,Good packing,Good work
