KITBRIXReviews of kitbrix.com

All my Winter kit fits into the tote bag for cold water dipping, outside zipped pocket is ideal for car keys, would definitely recommend this bag

Love my new kitbrix bags. I bought a duo set to separate my wearables from my technical kit. It is just perfect, multiple zipped pockets on the inside & stash webbed pouches on the inside.

Excellent bargain

I’ve paid for the product - why am I subsidising your marketing budget on top ?

I ordered three bags and found one was missing a strap and sport tiles. My heart sank as customer service is a dying art and thought I’d struggle to get the missing items. I was contacted by Dawn very quickly after leaving a message. She was incredibly helpful and seemed genuinely upset that the order wasn’t complete. She offered to send me the missing items immediately. I was subsequently contacted by Charlie from the warehouse who was similarly upset with the missing items and keen to make sure I received what I needed. Customer service like this is incredibly rare and very much appreciated. The quality of the bags and the brilliance of the customer service mean I am absolutely certain to order again and with complete confidence that I will receive top quality product from a company that cares about their customers. Thank you Dawn and Charlie, keep up the brilliant work.

I brought a kitbrix bag and it arrived properly and in plastic free packaging. It was good quality and as advertised. I needed to return the bag for other reasons and although it was past the 14 return window they still allowed me to return it and I got a full refund. Fantastic customer service and extremely understanding.

Having been gifted a POKIT bag (which is brilliant for everyday use), I was disappointed when the stitching around the velcro started to come away from the bag - I was enjoying using the bag so much! When I contacted customer care I received outstanding service - respect, honesty, generosity. The bag couldn't be easily repaired so I was quickly sent a replacement (along with a small gift for the inconvenience). Brilliant product. Brilliant customer care.

I received a POKIT from KITBRIX a couple of months ago and it is awesome. Moreover, I had a minor quality issue with the velcro. I spoke with KITBRIX and within a few days I had a replacement. The customer service was truly outstanding and I would strongly recommend the company. Cracking kit and exceptional post sales support - what more can you ask for?
