My company car is with Kinto and my experience over the last 7 yrs is nothing more than horrific! Either you can never reach them even in emergency and if by luck, you reach out to them they have an awful response. In an emergency, I was left with wait for over 8 hours and non emergency repairs takes months (not days or weeks!). They constantly lie you on timelines and on updates. Pls avoid this company.

Kinto sont de vrais arnaqueurs Nous avons sollicité le dépannage inclus dans notre contrat et le dépanneur nous a littéralement "planté" : personne ne nous a averti que ce soit par téléphone, mail ou sms et IMPOSSIBLE de joindre leur service dit de dépannage suite à cela. Je précise que nous sommes dans le domaine paramédical et que des visites patients étaient prévues ce jour-là ; si ces personnes ont besoin d'une visite à domicile c'est que leur état l'exige ! Mais cela a du échapper à Kinto ! Impossible de les joindre ! Bref : à fuir de toute urgence car vous n'êtes là que pour payer ! Quant à Toyota qui vend les services de Kinto c'est encore à ce jour un silence assourdissant de leur part ! Ce comportement devrait être signalé car le contrat n'est pas respecté !

My son in law leased a car via Rivervale leasing who in turn dealt with Kinto . An accident ( accepted by pushbike company insurance ) all agreed but for a simple letter from car owners - kinto who can’t seem to to do this for absolutely no reason ( and when it comes to cars back they will want in A1 condition. No Logic ? As it causes them no problem in fact resolves one . Have to fall on my sword Kinto did assist my son in law today

BEWARE - I’ve bought and owned 10 brand new Toyota’s in the last 6 years and have hired cars in every state in the country. Kinto won’t approve me or my wife to hire vehicles from them. We meet all the guidelines as our age/credit history/insurance history/driving record/license history are all perfect. We have no blemishes whatsoever in any fields that Kinto can make us aware of. Be careful and mindful with this company before you hand out your personal details. The best hire car companies are extremely well known and are trustworthy when hiring such an expensive asset. PLEASE BEWARE

Had a lease car from Kinto threough my company, Paid upfront to reduce my lease to only 3 years instead of 4. They refused to replace my car until it was in the 5th year, 15 months after the end date... and refused to return the money I paid upfront to ensure it was only 3 years. They stole over £1000 off me.

Very poor customer services, they don't respond to emails for weeks.

The worst car rental company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve only selected 1 star as you can’t select 0. Couldn’t unlock the vehicle I had booked & been charged for, called KINTO & was told the car was unbookable due to repairs. Booked & charged me for another vehicle 20 mins away, caught a taxi there. 30 mins later I found the vehicle. Only to find it had a flat tyre. KINTO refused to assist me on the phone as they had other customers to assist. Similar thing happened twice before. Shame on me for trusting them a 3rd time. Don’t go near these guys! Still waiting for my refunds.

Really beautiful products with a pristine website but customer service is woefully poor. I purchased an expensive cup which arrived late for Christmas and wasn’t that great in reality so requested a return/refund. Kinto chose to accept this but I had to pay high price for return then informed they would not cover customs leaving me to pay that too. In all I paid the same as the order just to return and after three weeks I received the same order back, without explanation. Not once did Kinto respond to my emails re. customs or progressing refund as per their own policy. I sent my complaint and they have not chosen to respond. I’m a one time customer but isn’t that what builds business? It certainly makes or breaks online reputation. Kinto will take your money gladly but in after sales they’re shockingly and unnecessarily poor.
