I ordered a gorgeous Flambeau lamp, by far the best price online! Not only that, but when checking out I forgot to put in my discount code. I emailed Quirks and they were kind enough to honor the discount! Wonderful place to do business with!

Karen/Peter, this order was for Valentine's day items that were on PRE-ORDER. You acknowledged this before checking out by clicking 'yes' to the following statement: "I acknowledge that My Cup of Tea by Lori Mitchell is a preorder and will ship at a later date. If you have questions, don't hesitate to reach out or refer to the page below for more information." Per your request, we have canceled and refunded this order. You have another order with a pre-order in it for LM "Birdie" that will not be released until January. If you want to cancel this order, please email us at [email protected]. It's disappointing that you chose to write a negative review instead of contacting us directly.
