Great experience Easy to order and set up Payments. Shipping was quick

Love this shop! Great products and prompt shipping

One of my items arrived broken. I contacted the Store through e-mail. They replied that they were currently out if stock but would obtain another and send it to me. They emailed me before it shipped, and the replacement arrived shortly after. They communicated with me through the whole process.

I received a figurine that was not as it should be - the people from Quirks responded that I could exchange it for whatever I wanted & even sent me a label to return it (which I’m doing today). I will continue to do business with them b/c if their excellent customer service! They have an excellent selection of Lori Mitchell designs so they will be my “ go to”.

The staff at quirks is the BEST! Friendly professional quick and accurate! Awesome business!
