My snowman arrived quickly and undamaged. Great price and easy to find on the website. Very nice selection of vintage style Christmas products.

This seller is a masterclass in how to lose a customer. I was charged shipping three separate times for three orders — all of which they crammed into one box. When I asked for a refund on the extra shipping, they flat-out refused. Instead of taking responsibility, they canceled my future orders and blocked me. Because apparently, handling criticism is just too much work. I spent over $885 with them in a single week — money clearly wasted on a company that values ego over ethics. Their “rewards” program is just lipstick on overpriced products, and their so-called “EPIC sale” is a desperate attempt to unload merchandise no one wanted in the first place. If you enjoy being overcharged, ignored, and punished for speaking up, this is your store. Everyone else should shop literally anywhere else.

Luca, You placed multiple discounted orders during our 70%-off sale and redeemed loyalty rewards for further savings. These orders were combined into one shipment to reduce waste and cost. The total shipping cost we paid exceeded what you were charged, and proof of that was shared with you directly. Your request for a full refund of all shipping fees was declined as it fell outside our stated policy. Afterward, you posted multiple reviews regarding the same issue and were restricted from future purchases due to repeated hostile communication. We stand by our ethics, transparency, and fair treatment of all customers. Our goal is to serve our community with integrity and kindness, even when a resolution isn’t possible.

I have ordered from Kinks & Quirks for several years. I have never been disappointed in their merchandise, customer service, or prompt delivery. They know how to keep their customers happy and always coming back for more “goodies.”
