Even though my original style wasn’t available, the customer service was amazing in combining to a solution with me. I got a ring of the same design and different width. It fits perfectly. Thank you to Tracy for your quick responses !

No customer service contact. Ridiculous. The ring was the wrong size so we’re out $50 because there’s no way to reach anyone. No wonder if day free exchange BECAUSE YOU CANT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE. Do not recommend at all.

The ring looked fine upon arrival, but within a day some of the blue was scratched off. It would have been nice if they would have stated it was only coated with a non-durable material. I would have known to not purchase the ring.

Wonderful ring for cheap

Great ring at a great price, Amazon didn't stock my size, so I ordered from the Kingwill website and it arrived in time for me to walk down the aisle!

No contact I have tried getting ahold of this company and it has been impossible. They have no phone number for customer service and the “contact us” form doesn’t seem to reach anyone.

This is the second time I’ve ordered. Fast delivery (I did pay for two day shipping) and good quality. Thanks! Fiancé loves the ring and we’re due to get married on Sunday!

Purchased my fiance's wedding band from King Will.I had seen a similar band at another company... for over 13 times the price. And not the same quality. When the ring arrived, my fiance actually got upset I wouldn't let him wear it until the wedding! The ring is perfect, the fit is perfect, the color is exactly what he was hoping for. The ring got to him so quickly. We are so happy with our experience, I would recommend King Will Rings to anyone looking for a man's ring.
