Great service
I received my item in less than a week, and the staff was willing to apply my coupon after I forgot to put the code in my order. Great service and friendly staff!

I got the wrong size and I have been trying to get it exchanged
I got the wrong size and I have been trying to exchange (which they claim to do for free once) but it's been 2 weeks and NO ONE had responded to my request. They're quick to take your money but then not quick to help when something is wrong.
