They will not honor their coupon codes. Spent 40 minutes with customer service. They offered me a $100 off coupon code AND free shipping. They said it would be in my email. Never showed. I call them to inquire and Im told the past rep didn't leave any notes. Then blamed me for their internal error with codes and pricing. Been shopping at kingsize for 10 years. Nothing. No customer loyalty at all. For me..DXL is expensive. But, they stand on their price and discounts. I'll be back over there.

WARNING!!!! DON’T ORDER FROM KING SIZE!!!! I ordered two shirts and two pairs of pants for my dad. I received a confirmation email from the company on May 20th (the day I ordered). Shipping times were supposed to be 7-10 days. I had no more emails and no clothes at the end of that time period. I called customer service, they couldn’t find my order. I called them back and talked to 2 different people who said they had found the order, but to call back in a couple of days. I called back a fourth time and was treated incredibly rudely by a customer service person named Shiela. My card was not charged and at this point, I was going to reorder. BUT…they would not guarantee the amount they confirmed the first time. They told me they didn’t have to honor that amount…even though they lost the order. They told me we had never ordered from them before, so there was no account…(we had). Ok…so just take my information and let me give you the id numbers of the clothes…She preferred to be confrontational. I never heard, I’m so sorry that we have misplaced your order…instead I was treated as if I’d never ordered at all! I asked if it would help if I sent a screenshot of the confirmation. I was ignored. I gave up and ordered from Land’s End. Don’t bother ordering from this bunch. They could care less if you order from them, they could care less about finding orders, they don’t want your order or to be civil if something goes wrong. Likely the worst customer service that bothered to answer the phone I’ve ever dealt with! I waisted well over an hour between 4 customer service people. The first was slightly rude…the last could give a class in how to run off customers being rude! Thank you for your help Sheila! You should win first place in a bad manners competition! I finally gave up on June 26th…I thought I was more than patient!

I should have read the reviews first. If you use this watch out. They are absolutely thieves. Watch you bank account. Their is a hidden $16.99 monthly fee. The phone number to have this month fee removed is 877-526-5592. Ask for credit. It is a separate company. The customer service at Kingsize listed on the Kingsize CC cannot help with this. If you pay off you account check your next bill. The interest accrued with interest.

All their coupons are fake: 50% off, 20% off, 40% off for signup, free shipping. No items qualify. Customer service could not help, recommended I write this report so they can improve.

They sent me a defective product. The return process was extremely difficult, to the point that I couldn't even return the defective item they sent. I just realized they've also been charging me a hidden membership fee of $16.95 a month for months!!! THEY ARE GOD DAMN THIEVES!!!

Be very careful when you order from this company they charge you $11 to return items if they do not fit and if you do not want a gift card in place of your purchase! It was my first time dealing with this company and I’m very disappointed.

I ordered a purple muscle t-shirt through kingsize.com. I received a black bra. Kingsize said that if I want a refund, I can either take it in store credit or have them charge me a processing fee of $10.99 for processing the refund to my credit card. I do not want an e-gift card that can only be used at kingsize. I want my money back considering they refuse to provide me with the actual thing I ordered. They sent me a label to bring to a local UPS store to "drop off" a return, btu the UPS Store wouldn't take it because the return label said I was returning a purple T-shirt, and I brought back the black bra. I tried calling their customer service number, and got no answer, then called again, and got someone who sent me another label to print and ship the item back myself (guess I'm out the cost of packaging, now), and it will likely take weeks for me to get an actual refund.

I placed an order online and they charged my account 3 times. I called immediately, and they promised a supervisor would call back. They never did. 24 hours later I called back. Was told the same thing. Never happened. Called 24 hours later and got same story. They stole over $230 from a widow. Disgusting.
