Finally was able to do a redemption. Waiting on a 350 dollar redemption. Will update you guys on how fast your verification and first redemption takes. Update. Redemptions seem to be taking a while here. Which sucks because it’s easy to just cancel your redemption and keep playing. Meanwhile I turned that 350 in 500 so far. Waiting for approval. Update. You wait forever for your money. Don’t recommend.

This is going to be a long one. At first, after signing up for this site, I was met with a very warm welcome by "Taki" -- who personally welcomed me to the site. I expressed my concerns with the legitimacy of the site, I deposited a small amount, played for a bit, made a few hundred dollars, and requested a cash out. Although it was pending, and after completely verifying my identity, Taki was able to personally approve this redemption request, and it arrived immediately to my linked debit card. I was pleased. Fast forward another 2 days, I had won even more money, but after depositing about $1,000 USD. My balance was at exactly 1,255 SC (the currency they use to convert SC -> USD), and ALL of this was locked behind a "deposit playthrough bonus" that could not be unlocked UNLESS I played a certain list of slot machines, and only slots. I complained, said I was never informed, and they never gave me the official list either. Support said they forwarded my concerns to management, and to sit tight, and not touch anything. Another 2 days later, my balance got completely WIPED. I have undeniable proof that I did NOT touch my account at all. I contacted support immediately, and asked them why my account was wiped, they said that they don't know, they confirmed that they also see my balance was wiped (and there was no additional activity since the 1,255 balance), and that management already knows about my situation. I have asked them repeatedly for an update, everyday, and today is the 8th day. Today, they prepared an auto-response in chat for me, even before I asked my question for an update. I am almost certain I will never see this money again. I have documented everything along the way, every chat, every email, and all my play data, and I have still yet to receive any update, nor response, and my balance is still at 0 SC. I will only change my rating once I get my rightfully earned SC back. As long as this review is still here and not changed, I can confidently say that if you do win a decent amount of SC in the first few days, they WILL scam you, they WILL NOT give you any explanation to why, and they WILL run away. If anyone wants full details to everything I have noted, I am fully willing to share. I have never been to a site yet where my balance has been completely revoked, for no reason, outright, which is straight robbery.

This platform is excellent and offers great games, but the account verification process has been excessively lengthy. They requested proof of address, promising to verify my account once they received it. I promptly submitted the information, but I continue to reach out, only to be told that the team has forwarded my request. I believe this unnecessary wait is unjustified, and I hope they can complete the process today cause this is frustrating. Once they do I’ll update my review

This site had promise but that quickly faded. What I noticed after a few weeks of playing was not only was it extremely difficult just to get a feature. Their were no good wins coming. Then I see that every 3 to 4 days it would start me over on my daily login bonus. They have a stacking bonus for 7 days and at the end it's no big bonus. Only I believe 45 cents but still it would never let me get to the 7th day. I contacted customer service and they said that I was missing the cut off for rollover but I'm like I get on at about the same time everyday so why is it fine for 3 or 4 logins and not after that? But I let it go thinking maybe I missed it but then I started making sure that I was logging in on time everyday. And it absolutely did the same thing. I've logged in every single day for the previous 3 days before 10 pm and had my login bonus with no problem. Today I logged in just like before 9: 50 pm and I'm back on day 1. I should have been on day 5 but no I'm on day 1 and I'm just saying if you can't trust this site to be honest with a daily login bonus. Then how can you trust that the slots are fair?
