Hi Jessica, we're sorry to hear about the trouble receiving your redemption, and we'd like to help clarify what's happened. When a crypto redemption is processed, the funds are sent to the wallet address provided by the player at the time of the request. A TxID being generated means the transaction was successfully completed on the blockchain to that address. Unfortunately, we aren't able to control or change the destination wallet once it's been entered and confirmed, as those details come directly from you. That said, we genuinely want to help you trace this. The TxID is the key to locating the funds, and it may be worth checking the wallet or exchange tied to the address you provided. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] with your details and we'll do everything we can to assist you in tracking it down. The KingPrize Team 👑

Thank you for the kind words Cole, and a big shoutout received for Nik, we'll make sure he hears it! On the redemption timing: first redemptions take a little longer due to our one-time verification, but they typically speed up a good deal after that, so it should feel quicker going forward. Really glad our support team could sort everything out for you. Here's to many more wins in the Kingdom! The KingPrize Team 👑
