Was a fan of this site until. Fraudulent and inconsistent “play through” rules cost me $120. I kept spinning and watching the amount I needed to play through increase every time I checked the redemption page. At one point I was at $150 total but could only redeem $120, so I decided to play through the extra $30 to see if I could unlock it. I played down to $120 and said ok I’ll just redeem that and be happy with it. Went to the redeem page and suddenly only had $70 available to withdraw (of the $120). Played FOR HOURS trying to get back to the $100 minimum and could not, coming only as close as $94 and eventually plummeting to $0. Unacceptable business practice. You guys have lost a longtime customer over $120. Hope it was worth it.

Mega prize owns this too. They're cheating players out of their bonus wins. I won a measly $15.00 on a bonus round that never added to my account and live support told me there's nothing they can do about it. Really!!??

As a result, your accounts have been permanently suspended, and access to gameplay, purchases, redemptions, and all related services has been revoked.Not sure how any of that makes sense when all I do is buy packages from the store and play slots.They never said anything when I was losing but as soon as I win something big I get suspended

Absolutely disgusting, this place just wasted my time and money, and I feel nothing but dissatisfaction.

Absolutely do not use this website. It is recommended by many online social casino, referral pages, however, despite saying it is a one time play through bonus it is NOT!! It is a 10x playthru on any of their promotion packages. Furthermore, I spun 400+ times on 4 pot riches which I play on every other social casino site and didn’t hit a single bonus. 400 spins from $588 down to $0. This site is a scam and needs to be shut down. SHAME.

So I'm only writing this review to let other people know ahead of time that if you play on here the max Redemption after I had leveled up multiple times was only 500 so if you like to play Big this is probably not the place for you they kept their redemptions very small which is in their terms and conditions if you take the time to read all that. Also even though the redemptions are small they take a very long time to receive and you can only do one a day. Also my last day plan on here because my redemptions were taken so long I just canceled them after about 4 days I received about $200 for over $3,000 in free games some of them were epic games and free features so the RTP seems to be incredibly low on this website I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Ok previously wrote about me winning $100.05 it took 2 months before they could get it to let me enter my bank info so finally got bank info entered and BTW I am fully verified so then it starts rejecting every time I try to redeem have p e obably got 100 conversations with customer service finally talk to one of the bosses Taki and he tells me to give him 24 hrs to fix it and he will make it right that was 2 days ago now cant speak to him keep being told to be patient .Just how long am I supposed to be patient its now going on 3 months with no results .
