My experience with Beverly Law was nothing short of exceptional. I had a car accident and the insurance company was refusing to give me a substantial amount of compensation for my necessary medical treatments. I had to take legal action because after the car accident I could not stand the pain. I had pain in my neck, upper back and the bottom of my back. This firm took my case and helped settle it with a nice check. Beverly Law really surprised me with all the resources they have. In the beginning I was struggling with money because I had to take a few days off work. It was already a plus that it is no costs up front, but when they mentioned to me that they help get you a cash advance I felt relieved. If the pain for my personal injuries was too much I could now miss without feeling scared or guilty that I would not have enough to pay my bills. The case took time to settle but it was okay because during that time I went through treatment. My treatments included chiropractic treatment as well as pain management. Hell folks, I was in 2 rear end collision, Beverly Law and my girl Jessica Jamis are amazing, professional, trustworthy, truthful people at this law firm. My first accident, I had surgery and am doing amazing and recieved a substantial settlement. Not but 21 days shy of my 1 year anniversary from back surgery I was rear ended again. Once again the staff and my girl Jessica did a wonderful job in getting me what I felt deserved. Both cases were handled in a significant amount of time and these amazing people put up with my craziness on a couple of occasions, and handling me can be challenging. I hope Michael goes back and looks up my first case and bless Maria? also. I'm mean from the receptionist to the person cutting checks. I was so lucky to find Beverly Law. After speaking with Michael Shemtoub about my case I was reassured by the fact he had experience working with other clients that had been hit and injured by a Lyft driver. where do I start? ok so I was told it would take 3 to 6 moths to settle my case! . was passed on to 4 different case managers had to do my own research for them and provide info that they should have done never had contact when asked they told me I had would et $7800 I was put off on numerous occasion ALMOST 2 yrs later MICHAEL THE CEO FINALLY CONTACTS ME TELLING I Get $500 for my outcome 1 please do no give these thieves your I /////THE N ONLY REASON THEY GETV A 1 IS FIR THE GIRLS

OK updating my review with Beverly Law as,time goes on we are surly getting better I guess it takes time for a person to know who's got their best interest at heart and I won't be quick to judge without knowing the process in which it takes to truly help aomeone. Michael shemtoub I hired Michael shemtoub for an auto accident he lied all the way through case the case he signed off on the case without my written permission he also is keeping $2,500 of the settlement money I can't get it back from him cuz he said that I took a loan for $1,000 and I didn't I have to hire an attorney just to get my settlement money he's the worst attorney I've ever seen he's the most dishonest attorney I've ever seen I've ever came across time I'm 50 years old I have had a lot of bad attorneys but this guy takes the cake if I were you I would I would search for another attorney this guy is not the attorney all the reviews say he is he's probably wrote the reviews himself no doubt about it he's too bad not to not to have done it if you do higher this attorney I wish all the luck in the world cuz you're going to need it
