Roland was a lifesaver!
Roland was a lifesaver. I'd placed an order online and he emailed confirming the order details prior to sending on to be fulfilled. Just so happens I had changed my mind and he was able to intervene and change my order. I adore my King sofas. Roland and entire sales and delivery team members have been a delight to work with.

From excellent to bad to being a very satisfying customer
Our experience in the show room was excellent and the two sales people that assisted us were extremely knowledgeable and patient while we made our purchasing decisions. I must say that I was extremely disappointed when our 1077 sofa arrived and the quality/fit of the pieces were horrible and nothing like the furniture we saw in the showroom. Juan Paul assisted the the resolution of the replacement of our sectional. He was excellent in follow-up and in his communication. The delivery company was also excellent in their communication and followup, the drivers were excellent too. In the way that this whole experience has unfolded in the end I’m very happy with my purchase and with King Living. I will definitely recommend King Living to friends
