Great customer service. We had a sales associate named Sim and…
We had a sales associate named Sim and I've never felt more satisfied with the help she gave us. There was no pressure whatsoever and she went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the couch we wanted. She helped with everything over multiple visits to the store. She never seemed frustrated with our admittedly cautious pace in choosing and buying the Jasper couch. Can't thank her enough!

Lauren Bush, Gonzalo and Peralto were phenomenal
Big shout out to Lauren Bush, the store rep in Chicago. She went above and beyond by creating spatial respective options across our floor plan. She was informative of promotions that remand advantageous for our purchase. The Ryder delivery team was phenomenal, Gonzalo and Peralto. Very informative from the drive to the installation; detailed oriented people. They showed us how to build the furniture and break it down if the need were ever to arise. They are definitely people worthy of bonus as they carried back breaking weight with refinement.
