King Living USAReviews of kingliving.com

We happened to visit King just by chance and loved their collection. Especially the quality of their sofas is amazing. The staff is super friendly and helpful! In particular, most of our communication was with Daniel and he was one of the primary reasons we ended up going with a King sofa. Albiona was also helpful when we were undecided on the fabric choices. Overall a very memorable and easy experience.

Furnished our home with mostly furniture (indoor and outdoor) from King Living at Kallang. Salesperson CJ is both knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions and has good product knowledge. Very good service and had no problems with the estimated time of delivery. We also had very good experience with the service person Rahim Basha who came to install lights on the furniture. He came on time, was very efficient and friendly. Furniture quality is really good and we continue to buy new pieces when we redecorate

We bought a sofa in January and were promised delivery in April. After the purchase I took the opportunity to search for reviews on line and was very disappointed to see the negative reviews and we planned for the worst. However, 3 months on, the sofa has arrived, on time, as promised, with no issues. With all the negativity I thought it would be appropriate to share our very positive experience.

As a first time sofa buyer, I had an amazing experience with KING. Having stumbled upon the shop, I was very lucky to find a high quality sofa with the added benefit of inbuilt storage. Not only was I impressed by the furniture quality, the service was phenomenal. Sales consultant Juan couldn't have been more helpful and really did make the experience of picking a sofa both personal and easy. Would definitely recommend!

This is the home of luxury furnitures at an affordable price. The environment is superb, the furnishings & finishings are unparalleled and the reception is A++. I was well attended to by the friendly sales executive, Manoli. He was extremely receptive and happy to explain the different designs in the store. Definitely recommend.

I had a fantastic experience designing my living area. Manolis was extremely knowledgeable and had a great eye for putting pieces and fabrics together. Basically a free interior design service! He also helped me make sure that everything fit well in terms of sofa and rug size for the room. I stumbled across King Living by chance walking down Tottenham Court Road, and I’m so glad I did. They are a great company. I love their transparency about their products, allowing you to see the filling inside sofas, and the incredible spring structure. The sofas are also truly sustainable, being able to swap out parts and covers, instead of the whole sofa. I came out feeling like I wanted to celebrate!

We stumbled upon the King store whilst walking down Tottenham Court Road and were instantly drawn in by the beautiful aesthetics. Assistant Manager Jordan was super helpful in explaining their modular sofa ranges, including fabric ranges and lead times, and making us feel extremely comfortable. He even took the time to map out the dimensions of our prospective sofa on our floor plan to help us make an informed decision. We left the store having purchased a sofa within 2 hours of viewing - probably one of their quickest sales ever but for us, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience!

We came to the store and we were delighted with the quality of these inovative products. Larisa was very helpful and knowledgable. She explained everything in detail and was very patient while we were choosing the samples. We are very thrilled with the result. This is a dream sofa! Thank you, Larisa and King’s team!
