I absolutely love my new chairs! The fabric is beautiful, the swivel mechanism so smooth and they are really comfortable! They are exactly what I wanted and look perfect in the space!

During our research for a new sofa, we came across King Living. Being new to this brand, we were curious to learn more, which led to speaking with owners, checking out the used market, and reading online reviews. From our research, we learned most owners are pleased with their sofa. However, there were several unpleasant reviews referencing poor customer service, damaged items in shipping, and QC issues, even though many of these owners still spoke favourably about the product. After digging into these reviews, they appear to be from other regions and not our city (Vancouver, BC). While these reviews were somewhat concerning, we remained curious about the product, so we visited our local store. We were greeted by a young Design Consultant (CJ), who was relaxed, respectful, and the antithesis of pressure. CJ was more interested in listening to us and assisting us with finding the right sofa, while providing remarkable detail regarding each product—often, I know more about a product from researching it than the salesperson. We love the array of choices associated with these products—covering materials, accessories, additional pieces—as well as layout options afforded by the modular design of the sofa, specifically the Delta and Jasper series. When we asked for an informed opinion, we were given one. We were pleased to receive support that was candid, for example, we were told if an upgrade/accessory was necessary or not. Also, if we overlooked something that might make a difference to our enjoyment of the sofa, it was brought to our attention. We were not rushed to decide “now”, including being encouraged to consider the potential purchase later at home. Furthermore, our purchase was made more manageable by an annual promotional deal that offers a significant reduction in the package price. This might be the first time I have left a store feeling fully satisfied with the purchase—there were no lingering doubts. Next, the sofa will be manufactured to our specs, which means there is a three-month wait to build, ship, and deliver it. Once the sofa arrives in our home, and we have some time with it, I will post a follow-up review.

'Vancouver B.C. Canada Store' Visited the store in late October to purchase a sofa and CJ was an amazing help when it came to helping me decide on a sofa. There was no pressure and his expertise was invaluable. His assistance clinched my decision to go ahead with my purchase. The showroom was clean and presentable, and I'm hoping to return in the future!

Update - they listened and have delivered on their commitments and the new furniture is very nice and as "advertised" - lessons learned will result in a much better door-to-door offering - good job and thanks to area manager, Mathew and I will be a returning customer....Well I guess I am not alone - starting with a false delivery date and a demand for full payment - which I did, and call after call with NO END IN SIGHT and several weeks sitting on our garden furniture and all our money in their account - Despite promises to expedite based on the mess they created I still have NO IDEA when our furniture will arrive - all I know is it is apparently in Canada - Buyer Beware!!!
