Our experience with Rohanna and Brittany has been wonderful. They have been very informative and great with their guidance.

Unique, chic, and functional collection is provided. Warm welcome and help is greatly appreciated.

The sales representative was absolutely fantastic - I dare say even more accommodating than the furniture! Which, is saying something for this company.

I don't know what I am more happy with. The comfort and look of our new furniture or the service that Sophia gave me after our items have arrived. Our sofa looks wonderful in its space and the intent of having a spot that you could relax and fall asleep for a power nap has been met. It did take quite some time for the delivery of our furniture and the joiners to hold the pieces together were not included. However, a quick message to King Living and Sophia contacted me to resolve this oversight. This is expected from customer support. However, the follow up calls that provided updates on where this item was and its expected arrival date was not normal. On top of that, after the joiner arrived, Sophia yet again reached out to ensure that I was able to install it and ensure I was happy with the items I received. These last parts are what are above my normal expectations of support and have warranted this 5 star review. It is service like this that will have me looking first to king Living for my future furniture needs.

I recently ordered a Zaza 2-Seater from Monica at the King Living Costa Mesa showroom, and she has been wonderful to work with. She is knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and made the selection and ordering process very easy and enjoyable I especially appreciate how responsive she has been and how well she follows up.. She has stayed in touch, answered all my questions, and made sure I feel well taken care of. My Zaza has just been ordered, so I’m looking forward to receiving it, but my experience with Monica so far has absolutely been five stars. Thank you, Monica! Mila

No long wait time on hold listening to terrible monotonous Music. I had an Email from Sophia ping my phone within minutes of talking to your AI assistant. Her 6 point guide to resolve my issue was clear and easy to follow. Just Wow So different from my last encounter almost a year ago.

We love our new furniture and the delivery service was great!

I had an excellent experience with the King Living's customer support agent. Yolyn truly went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved smoothly and efficiently. What stood out the most was the clear and consistent communication throughout the entire process. Yolyn provided timely status updates, kept me informed at every step, and made sure I knew what to expect next. Even after the replacement was completed, Yolyn followed up to make sure everything was correct and that I was satisfied with the warranty replacement. Yolyn professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction were exceptional. This is exactly the kind of customer service that builds trust and loyalty. I really appreciate the time and effort Yolyn put into helping me and would highly recommend their support to others.
